(a) A person commits the offense of possessing an instrument of crime if he or she possesses any instrument of crime with a purpose to employ it criminally. (b) Possessing an instrument of crime is a Class A misdemeanor. Acts 1975, No. 280, § 3102; A.S.A. 1947, § 41-3102.
