The Department of Human Services shall not require any care agent or agency to refer a woman for any social or medical service to which the care agent or agency has a conscience objection. Amended by Act 2023, No. 703,§ 9, eff. 8/1/2023. Added by Act 2021, No. 90,§ 3, eff. 7/28/2021.
