The Director of the Division of Arkansas State Police shall not deny, suspend, revoke, or fine any person required to be licensed, credentialed, or commissioned under this chapter unless the person has been notified of the alleged violation of this chapter within three hundred sixty-five (365) days after the occurrence of the alleged violation. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5962, eff. 7/1/2019. Amended by Act 2015, No. 393,§ 43, eff. 9/1/2015. Acts 1983, No. 899, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-2160.
