As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires, "board of directors" shall include the board of commissioners or other governing body of a district, as the case may be. Acts 1937, No. 67, § 24, as added by Acts 1949, No. 249, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-809.17.
