The Arkansas Juvenile Officers Association, the Division of Law Enforcement Standards and Training, or the Prosecutor Coordinator may provide training to intake officers, law enforcement, prosecutors, and any other appropriate staff concerning how to identify a sexually exploited child and how to obtain appropriate services for a sexually exploited child. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5874, eff. 7/1/2019. Added by Act 2013, No. 1257,§ 8, eff. 8/16/2013.
