Office of lawyer regulation and board of bar

examiners; staff.

The office of lawyer regulation and board of bar examiners shall

be authorized to appoint their own staffs subject to budgetary restrictions

and within established court personnel policies, utilizing administrative

services, such as recruitment and payroll, of the office of the director of

state courts.
