When a document has been conventionally served before filing, proof of service shall be affixed to the document so that the identity of the document is not obscured. If a document is filed before conventional service has been made, proof of service shall be filed within 7 days after service is made. When a document has been both eFiled and eServed together using the E-Filing System in accordance with Rule 14 , the record of service on the E-Filing System shall constitute proof of service. (Former Rule 103 adopted effective January 1, 1992; renumbered effective January 1, 1993; amended effective January 1, 1996; amended effective September 1, 2012; amended effective July 1, 2015; amended effective January 1, 2020; amended effective January 1, 2021.)
