"Notice of Filing Application" shall be filed with the original application.

When the description in an application and map is amended after the notice has been recorded in the office of the registrar of conveyances, the applicant shall file with the registrar of the land court, an amended "Notice of Filing Application," and the said amended notice shall contain a reference to the liber and page of the record of the original notice in the office of the registrar of conveyances. The registrar, after checking the description in the amended notice with the description on the amended map and in the amended application, shall send a copy of the same to the office of the registrar of conveyances.
