Eligible costs.
The Commission shall reimburse the owner for reasonable expenses he/she necessarily incurred incidental to the transfer of habitations and/or improvements to the Commission. The Commission is not required to pay costs solely required to perfect the owner's interest in the habitations and/or improvements.
