ACT 357 of 1983 [ARK. STAT. ANN. §§66-3248 through 3250]

The provisions of Ark. Stat. Ann. §66-3248 shall not apply

to the following policies:

1) Disability Income Protection Coverage

2) Accident Only Coverage

3) Nursing Home Confinement Indemnity Coverage

4) Intensive Care Unit Indemnity Coverage

5) Specified Disease Coverage
