How later courts described this case
- "`[W]e cannot create legal arguments for a party based on undelineated general propositions unsupported by authority or argument.'" (quotingSpradlin v. Spradlin, 601 So.2d 76, 79 (Ala. 1992))

The opinion
I concur fully in the main opinion. I note that § 35-11-370 , Ala. Code 1975, imposed the lien not only upon the settlement money paid to Bell but also upon "all actions, claims, . . . and demands accruing to" Bell.
