Some of the citations in the foregoing opinion may seem to have reference to property in custodia, legis generally, but the intention was to speak only of bankruptcy cases and bankruptcy courts. Let it be distinctly understood that the questions here decided,, so far as they re-' late to property in custodia, legis, have reference only to bankruptcy courts; that is the only court involved, and the only question decided.
