Concurring with Reasons:
| j I find that the trial court erred in failing to give the requested charge on justifiable homicide. However, I find that the trial court’s failure to give the requested charge would not likely have changed the result, and therefore, I concur in the majority opinion that affirms defendant’s conviction.
