The opinion

Swanson, J.

(concurring in part; dissenting in part)—I concur in affirming dismissal of the defamation action but believe resolution of the critical question in the privacy cause of action—whether the alleged interference with plaintiff's seclusion is a substantial one resulting from conduct that would be highly offensive to a reasonable person—is an issue for the trier of fact. I therefore would dissent from affirming dismissal of the privacy action.

Reconsideration denied November 12, 1980.

Review granted by Supreme Court January 29, 1981.
