The opinion

COMPTON, Justice (concurring specially).

I concur in the result but feel constrained to dissent from the legal doctrine announced, the so-called extension of the rule of the M’Naghten case as a defense in criminal cases. In this regard, I concur in the dissenting opinion of Justice Sadler.
