Weygandt, C. J.,

dissents on the ground that the lower courts were correct in construing the statutory words “for schoolhouse purposes” as the statement of a necessary jurisdictional fact and not as a limitation on the authority of the board of education.

Zimmerman, J., concurs in the foregoing dissenting opinion.
