The opinion

In re New Orleans Exhibit Hall Auth.;— Plaintiff(s); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, *803 Fourth Circuit, No. 93CA-0755; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “J”, No. 92-04155.

Denied.

ORTIQUE, J., would grant. It is illogical and inappropriate to permit someone to gain a profit by taking advantage of a situation created by the Courts.

DENNIS, J., not on panel.
