PER CURIAM.

We find that our opinion is in error insofar as it assesses costs against plaintiffs-appellants. Therefore the last sentence of our opinion concerning the assessment of costs is hereby deleted. (La.R.S. 23:1692).

With this Per Curiam, the application for rehearing is denied.
