GRISBAUM, Judge.

This court rendered its opinion March 8, 1983, 434 So.2d 137 , thereafter, rehearing was granted May 18, 1983, and rehearing occurred January 30, 1984.

For the reasons assigned in the opinion dated March 8, 1983, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
