COLE, J. ad hoc,
concurs in the reversal of the court’s ruling insofar as it ordered suppressed the abandoned property; and dissents from affirmation of that part of the trial court’s ruling suppressing the dextropropoxyphene pills, believing a hearing on remand should be held to determine the legality of the seizure of the pills.
