The opinion

In re: Orleans Parish School Board, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans, 300 So.2d 848 .

It is ordered that the writ of review issue; that the Court of Appeal send up the record in duplicate of the case; and that counsel for plaintiff and defendant be notified.

Granted as a matter of right, see Bradford v. Dept, of Highways.

DIXON, J., concurs in reviewing the matter, but applicant’s remedy is by appeal. La.Const. Art. 7, § 10(2).
