Mr. JUSTICE TRAPP, dissenting in part:

I concur in the disposition on administrative review, but disagree with the conclusion that there should be additional administrative standards developed for determining whether there is suitable work for an individual. The statute (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 48, par. 433) states the criteria under which the administrative officers make the necessary finding of fact from evidence in the record.
