Motion to have appeal heard upon the available copies of the record before the Appellate Division and for an extension of time to serve and file the record on appeal herein granted to the extent that appellant may prosecute the appeal upon three copies of the Appellate Division record and the usual number of printed additional papers to be filed with this court on or before December 15, 1960.
