McKee, J., concurring.
It is the place of the actual domicile of a person at the time of his death, which determines the distribution of his personal estate; and as the court below found, as fact, that the domicile of the deceased was at the time of his death in the State of Nevada, the court should have decreed distribution of the personal assets of the estate of the decedent according to the law of that state; therefore I concur in the judgment.
