The opinion

TAYLOR, C.J.,

with whom KAUGER, J., joins,

concurring in result.

I concur in result because this rule affirms the doctrine that (other than those sealed or closed by long-established law) every doeument filed with the Court Clerk is a public record. And this rule does not prohibit the inclusion of any information in any filed document. Information included in a document will be determined by the filer.

This is a copy of a public record, reproduced as it was published. It is not legal advice, and it may not be the version a court would rely on. Check the official source before you cite it.
