(dissenting).
I respectfully dissent from the January 25, 2012 majority opinion for the reasons stated in the former March 11, 2009, majority opinion affirming the trial court’s judgments entered on the verdicts and post-verdict motions. I therefore adopt that opinion as my dissent.
