concurs in the foregoing dissent. No question of law is involved, and the questions of fact were similarly determined by both the Court of Common Pleas and the Court of Appeals to the effect that the subsidiary corporation was the plainest sort of mere fictional device resorted to for the single purpose of enabling the parent company to escape a liability represented to be its own.
