[4] Being of the opinion that in this case, and cases of like character, this Court is prohibited from entertaining or considering an application for rehearing on a judgment rendered by it:

It is, therefore, ordered that the application for rehearing filed herein be and the same is hereby dismissed. Par. (g), Sec. 86, Act No. 46 of 1940; Sec. 28 of Act No. 46 of 1940, as amended by Act No. 351 of 1946, § 4.
