From and after July 1, 1992, no dealer, transporter or installer shall deliver or cause to be delivered any factory-built home to any person at any site where such home is to be used for human habitation … Any infractions which would cause the home to be unsafe for human habitation shall be corrected immediately upon receipt of notification 2.
