This part is intended to supplement 23 U.S.C. § 134 . In the event any provision of this part is deemed inconsistent with the requirements of 23 U.S.C. § 134 , the federal law shall control. Added by 2015 Tenn. Acts, ch. 479, s 1, eff. 5/18/2015.
