May 18, 2005 House Bill 426 - 125th General Assembly Notwithstanding any contrary provision of section 317.32 or Chapter 1337. of the Revised Code, the county recorder shall not charge a fee to any member of the armed forces of the United States who presents for recording a military power of attorney executed pursuant to section 574(a) of the "National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1994," 107 Stat. 1674 (1993), 10 U.S.C. 1044b.
