(a) Employment described in AS 23.10.070 , 23.10.071, AS 33.30.201 , and 33.30.191 is exempt from the requirements of AS 23.10.066 23.10.068.
(b) Employment described in AS 23.10.055 (a)(l) (8) and (10) (18) is exempt from the requirements of AS 23.10.066 23.10.068. However, notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, employment described under AS 23.10.055 (a)(9) shall be covered by the paid sick leave requirements of AS 23.10.066 23.10.068.
(c) An employee as defined by 45 U.S.C. 35l(d) who is subject to the federal Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act, 45 U.S.C. 351 et seq. shall be exempt from the requirements of AS 23.10.066 23.10.068.
