A. All habitable rooms in a facility must have a ceiling height of not less than seven feet, six inches. Kitchens, halls, bathrooms and toilet compartments must have a ceiling height of not less than seven feet. B. All habitable rooms other than a kitchen are not less than seven feet in any dimension. C. Any room with a sloped ceiling is subject to review and approval or disapproval by the LCA, based upon Uniform Building Code computation of minimum area.
