Public Works Informattional Update
The Public Works department has updated the
Tribe's Long-Range-Transportation-Plan (LRTP)
and associated Transportation-Improvement-Plan
(TIP). These documents periodically get updated
to meet changing Tribal needs and to remain
eligible for BIA transportation funding. For
instance, the Little Boston Road trail completed in
'25 was 100% funded via BIA funds.
Please visit pgst.nsn.us, click on Departments,
click on Utilities, then scroll to LRTP and TIP section
and click on associated link to review documents.
Please provide comments and/or questions to
Mike Rorem at mrorem@pgst.nsn.us by 8/10/26.
After which, the LRTP and TIP will become
formalized by way of Tribal Resolution if
approved by Council. All comments will be
considered and incorporated if possible.
