2024, the Mescalero Community Health Representative

(CHR) will only be able to transport within a fifty (50)

mile radius from Mescalero.

Please contact Mescalero Indian Health Service (PRC) to

help schedule transportation needed outside this radius.

Please do this as soon as possible to ensure that those

needing transportation appointments can be done in a

timely matter.
