To approve this contract between the State of Washington

Department of Social & Health Services (DSHS) and the

Contractor is hereby as amended as follows: Exhibit B, Budget, is

revised and replaced with Exhibit B-1, Budget, which is attached

hereto and incorporated herein. All other terms and conditions of

the Contract remain in full force and effect. No additional Tribal

dollars required. Chair or designee authorized to sign all

pertinent documents.

To approve the purchase of a new score clock and up-grade

library books for the Nespelem School. A check in the amount of

$18,974.00 should be made to Nespelem School. Funds to come

from the Nespelem 1% Qwam Qwmpt. Chairman or designee to

sign all pertinent documents.

To amend Resolution 2017-044 and the MOU to request a time

extension thru Dec. 31st, 2016 for the MOU between The

Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (CCT DOT) and

Okanogan County Transportation & Nutrition (OCTN) for the

"Colville Tribal Access Commuter Project". No additional

dollars. Chairman or designee authorized to sign all pertinent

documents.

To approve a new MOU between The Confederated Tribes of the

Colville Reservation (CCT DOT) and Okanogan County

Transportation & Nutrition for transit services under the "Colville

Tribal Access Commuter Project" from January 2017 thru

December 2018. Tribal match for the project will not exceed

$37,200 during the agreement period. Chairman or designee

authorized to sign all pertinent documents.

buffalo with Ft. Belknap Tribe for a pound for pound trade and

To approve the permanent governmental use of the fenced-in

portion of the Inchelium Post and Pole site by the Inchelium Fish

and Wildlife Staff for vehicle, equipment, trailer, supplies, and

shop space. In return, the F&W Program will provide

maintenance of the site including weed control, vegetation

management, security and surveillance, repairs, and other tasks

deemed necessary to maintain the location in good condition.

To approve the application to transfer the Seaton's Grove public

water system rights from Okanogan County to the Colville

To accept and approve Bid Item 0-3, George Marchand, Colville

Tribal member, Pasture Lease No. 16-03 for Colville Tribal Tract

No. 101-T5418 (por) described as:

S½S½SE¼SE¼ OF SECTION 8, ALL WITHIN TOWNSHIP 33

NORTH, RANGE 28 EAST; EXCEPT THAT 5.0 PORTION OF

To approve the Bail/Liquidated Damage Schedule for Chapter 41 Fish, Wildlife and Recreation. Process utilizing CBC

Procedural Rule 3 (b), (e), (f) and (g) were followed. No

comments have been received. Once approved, a copy shall be

forwarded to the Code Reviser for certification and distribution.

To uphold the decision made by the Land Use Review Board

during public hearing on April 19, 2017 to approve the variance

request for Vanessa Gregory's home construction at 605 Fir Street

in Coulee Dam, Washington within the boundaries of the Colville

Indian Reservation. The property has an Okanogan County

Parcel #0610530200 within Township 29 North, Range 30 East,

Section 36. The permit application was signed by the Mayor of

Coulee Dam (Greg Wilder) under the Intergovernmental

Agreement acknowledging that the Tribe is the processing agency

for this permit application and the Town is the commenting

agency.
