Salaries to account number #5.62510 for the purposes of

hosting the x̌wnámxʷnəm Celebration. The Celebration will

be to thank the Methow conservancy and its donors as well

To accept $75,000.00 for the Empire Health Foundation

Family Preservation Agreement and approve the attached

FY2022 budget. Chairman or designee is authorized to sign

all pertinent documents.

To approve the Data Sharing Agreement between

Washington State Department of Health (DOH) and the

Colville Confederated Tribes. This will grant Health &

Human Services access to public health records (VITAL

records) including birth and mortality data. This is a

unilateral agreement for access only, with no Tribal Data

shared with the State. Chairman or designee authorized to

sign all pertinent documents.

To approve this budget modification of an additional

$273,306.00 to Contract C22-212 to help provide adequate

nursing staffing required at the Convalescent Center during

this nationwide nursing shortage. The Convalescent Center

is required to have certain staffing levels to meet all State,

Federal, and local regulations.

To approve the Indian Health Service Amendment 2

contract 248-96-0004 FY 2021 AFA in the amount of

$116,979.00 additional funds requested by Lake Roosevelt

Community Health Center concerning Covid related

functions, and to authorize the Chairman or Designee to sign

the amendment.

To grant the CBC Chairman or designee signing authority

on all Medicaid enrollment packets for the HHS Department

after having gone through the Administrative Review

process. Submitting enrollment packets to Oregon, Idaho,

Alaska or any state for Medicaid in each respective state

allows for CCT/HHS to bill for services for Medicaid

eligible AI/AN clients at the Indian Health Services rate.

The process as outlined will assure a streamlined and

quicker turnaround for Medicaid enrollment.

To approve the Affiliation Agreement for University of

Washington, School of Social Work serving as

field/practicum sites for students from the Seattle and

Tacoma programs. The Agreement is a formal arrangement

between CCT Health and Human Services and the School of

Social Work and is the basis for student liability insurance

coverage by the University of Washington. The Chairman or

designee to sign all related documents.

To initiate a resolution to Modification Number 001 for PO21-C80 between I.H.S. and the Colville Confederated

Tribes. The memorandum of agreement of this modification

is to include funding for IHS Project PO-21-C80, eliminate

the accounting and appropriation data as it is not needed in

the contract language and extend the contract period of

Child Care Stabilization Sub-Grant Award to Colleen

Leskinen in the amount of $310,034.21. The terms and

conditions of the contract is in full force effect until

The project will treat a total of 3,923.3 acres of Tribal Trust

the "Special Forestry Projects" account; to implement

Excavator Site Preparation (401.9 acres) by the Forestry

Department. Any remaining monies in the Special Forestry

Projects funding will be returned back as additional

To select and implement the Alternative proposed by the 3P

(IRMP) team for the Mineral Ridge Logging Unit #332. The

Mineral Ridge Timber Sale will harvest an estimated

10,840,000 board feet of Ponderosa Pine, 2,356,000 board

feet of Douglas Fir/Western Larch, and 14,000 board feet of

Lodgepole Pine for a total estimated harvest of 13,210,000

board feet. The project will treat a total of 2,952 acres of

Tribal Trust (2,952 acres of Tractor skid system). In

addition, Forestry will be deducting an estimated $23.10 per

mbf to be paid into the "Special Forestry Projects" account;

to implement Excavator Site Preparation (1,220.6 acres) by

the Forestry Department. Any remaining monies in the

Special Forestry Projects funding will be returned back as

additional stumpage. The Chairperson or his or her designee

may sign all pertinent documents.

To select and implement the Alternative proposed by the 3P

(IRMP) team for the Keller Ridge Logging Unit #333. The

Keller Ridge Timber Sale will harvest an estimated

4,182,000 board feet of Ponderosa Pine, 13,520,000 board

Site Preparation (188.4 acres) by the Forestry Department.

Any remaining monies in the Special Forestry Projects

To select and implement the Alternative proposed by the 3P

(IRMP) team for the Fay Creek Logging Unit #334. The Fay

Creek Timber Sale will encompass the harvest of

approximately 686,000 board feet of Ponderosa Pine

sawtimber, 11,578,000 board feet of Douglas Fir/Western

Larch sawtimber, 189,000 board feet of Lodgepole Pine, and

2,030,000 board feet of White fir/other species sawtimber

for a total harvest of 14,294,000 board feet of sawtimber.

The forest stands within the sale area to be cut this entry

total approximately 1,024 acres of Tribal Trust land, (489

acres of tractor skid system, 241 acres of cable skid system,

and 294 acres of cable-assist skid system). In addition,

Forestry will be deducting an estimated $9.50 per mbf to be

paid into the "Special Forestry Projects” account to

implement Excavator Site Preparation contracts (543 acres)

by the Forestry Department. Any remaining monies in the

Special Forestry Projects funding will be returned back as

additional stumpage. The chairperson or his or her designee

may sign all pertinent documents

To select and implement the Alternative proposed by the 3P

(IRMP) team for the Olds/Cook Creek Logging Unit #335.

The Olds/Cook Timber Sale will harvest an estimated

699,000 board feet of Ponderosa Pine sawtimber,

11,199,000 board feet of Douglas Fir/Western Larch

sawtimber, 114,000 board feet of Lodgepole Pine, and

2,987,000 board feet of White fir/other species sawtimber

for a total harvest of 14,999,000 board feet of sawtimber.

The forest stands within the project area to be cut this entry

total approximately 835 acres of Tribal Trust land, (377

acres of tractor skid system and 458 acres of cable-assist

skid system). In addition, Forestry will be deducting an

estimated $5.05 per mbf to be paid into the "Special Forestry

Projects” account to implement Excavator Site Preparation

contracts (303 acres) by the Forestry Department. Any

remaining monies in the Special Forestry Projects funding

is designed to support Canada lynx management on the

To give permission to the Fish and Wildlife Program to
