Reservation. She/he wishes to relinquish to the

PUYALLUP TRIBE.

This Agreement does not waive, limit, or modify the

inherent sovereign immunity of the Confederated Tribes of

the Colville Reservation except as specifically provided in

this section. Solely for the purpose of adjudicating any

dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to

this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement,

interpretation, or validity thereof, the Confederated Tribes of

the Colville Reservation agrees to an express limited waiver

of sovereign immunity only as to the subject matter of this

Agreement and only as to Oregon Climate Trust. This

waiver does not extend to any other Agreement between the

Parties or any other individuals or entities.

Tribal ownership of and fee title to the property from the

Methow Conservancy and acknowledges the Goals and

Values of the Methow Conservancy in the acceptance of this

To approve New Full Award for 910822 CCT Accord

Administration Coordination in the amount of

$2,196,253.00. Dates are from May 1, 2022 to April 30,

2023 and authorize the Chairman or his/her designee to sign

all pertinent documents.

That the Office of the Reservation Attorney work with the

Language Program Manager to negotiate the desired

changes to the language memorandum of agreement

between the Tribes and the Grand Coulee Dam School

District. It is further recommended that Tammy James,

Director of the Education and Employment division, be

excluded from the negotiations due to potential conflicts of

interest associated with this agreement.

That the Johnson O'Malley funds previously withheld from

the Grand Coulee Dam School District be distributed. Due

to the receipt of a budget that complies with the existing

funding agreements, the closeness to the end of the school

year, and that the Tribe will be meeting with the Parent

Committees to renegotiate the agreements over the summer.

To follow CBC Procedural Rules 3 (a), (b), (e), (f) and (g)

for amendments to Chapter 6-20, Commercial Marijuana

Production, Processing, Retail Sales. The proposed

amendments allow Tribal Members to engage in the

production, processing, and retail sale of commercial

marijuana. It is the additional recommendation of the Law &

Justice Committee to set a 60-day comment period, bringing

the matter to Committee on July 19, 2022.
