Approve Cole & Associates Contract to inspect and abate the

Nespelem and Inchelium Community Centers for any mold,

asbestos and/or lead base paint located in each facility.

Abatement will be conducted by WEX Crew from TANF.

No tribal dollars.

Approve to eliminate cost cap on Contract C07-087: Cole &

Associates due to the fact that TANF cannot pay contactor

for any contract change orders due to cost cap. TANF

Department would have to process change orders which

would interfere with process of completing abatement

renovations in the 4 district community centers. No tribal

dollars.

Approve funds in the amount of $3,190.00 to sponsor a

luncheon at the 2007 Native American – Washington State

Early Learning Summit to be held May 2007. Funds to

come from reserves and amend the budget accordingly.

Approve a $500 per capita to be distributed on August 6,

2007 to eligible members of the Confederated Tribes of the

Colville Reservation. To be eligible, members must be

living and/or born as of midnight June 30, 2007; new

applicants must submit a complete enrollment packet to the

Enrollment Department on or before July 31, 2007 by 4

p.m.; adoptions approve by CBC on or before June 21, 2007

will be added to the August 6, 2007 dividend roll; approved

retro-active payments will be distributed on or before

September 17, 2007. July 4, 2007 is the cut off date for

approved departmental holds and court orders: The

following department holds and court ordered judgments

will be accepted: 1) Colville Tribal Credit: Court Order

judgments/signed voluntary consents. 2) CFS: Court

Orders/Voluntary Consents for minors/incompetent adults.

3) S.S: Court order for minors and incompetent adults. 4) S.S

Approve Cooperative Agreement between CCT, US Dept. of

the Interior, National Park Service, Yellowstone National

Park, Grand Teton National Park, National Elk Refuge to

conduct research and Elder visit to Yellowstone National

Park. No tribal dollars required and authorize the Chair or

designee to sign.

Approve MOU with I.H.S to support the individual water

supply and waste disposal for tribal members for 2007.

Approve to purchase Double Wide Manufactured home for

Hazel Burke in an amount not to exceed $107,662.64 as

provided by the HIP Grant. No tribal dollars required and

authorize the Chair or designee to sign.

Approve to amend 2007-497 as Tribal Corrections requires

more land to build and expand the garden area. Current

resolution approve 500’ x 500’ parcel and is requesting the

full 7.0 acres.

Approve to rescind 2003-447 and 2003-565; amend the

Tribal Constitution Article V, Section 1(c ) from, “To

recommend and help to regulate the inheritance of real and

personal property, other than allotted lands, within the

Colville Reservation.” TO “To regulate the inheritance of

real and personal property;” that the Election Committee will

determine the date, time and procedures of the election in

which voters will vote on this amendment, and will hold

public meetings to answer questions and take comments on

this amendment and a potential tribal probate code.

Approve an amount of $7,500.00 be appropriated for the use

of Michael Finley and Mark McDougal for a trip to

Washington DC to perform the research of North Half Lands

Restoration Project. Funds to be deposited to the ORA

account for distribution upon proper request to History.

Approve to fund an intensive counseling retreat for tribal

members identified as suffering from trauma caused by

abuse which occurred during Board School residency at St.

Mary’s Mission. Funds in the amount of $17,959.00 to

come from the General Fund and amend the budget

accordingly.

Approve Amendment Five to the CCT 401(k) Retirement

Plan, effective January 1, 2007, to recognize that only noncommercial employee can participate in the CCT

Governmental 401(k), while recognizing the time in service

for commercial employees and to authorize the Chair or

designee to sign.

Approve FY07 budget for the Colville Tribal Gaming

Commission in the amount of $2,743,104.00.

Approve Home Site Lease No. 05-10 Assignment of Everett

Stillwell to Ron Esham. All terms and conditions of lease

remain the same.

Consulting, Inc., for work to be done through FY07 in an

lead and mold assessments of Tribal Housing Units in

Approve consulting contract with GeoEngineers, Inc., for

work to be done through FY07 in an amount not to exceed

$101,000.00. Work includes environmental consulting

services for investigation and cleanup planning at six sites

within CCT. No tribal dollars. Chair or designee to sign.

Approve to authorize the Chair to sign agreement which

spells out the terms and conditions for issuing EPA inspector

credentials for specific trained and designated employees to

conduct inspections on behalf of EPA under the Federal

Clean Air Act.
