To appoint Karen Condon as the delegate to the National
Indian Gaming Association. Dustin Best shall serve as an
alternate in the absence of the primary delegate.
Furthermore, to pay 2023 Tribal Membership Dues, in the

To approve the Local Agency A&E Professional Services
required by WSDOT (project funder), Quigg Bros.,
(construction company) and Confederated Tribes of the
Colville Reservation for the Inchelium-Gifford
Improvements project to replace the dolphins (aka pilings).
Quigg Bros, Inc., will work with TERO to be in compliance
with TERO guidelines. Chair or designee authorized to sign
all pertinent documents.
To carry-over CCT #897722 funding, in the amount of
$45,650.00 to continue funding cultural resource activities
in furtherance of CCT Sinixt claims in British Columbia.
Funding was a back payment for work accomplished. No
tribal funding required. Performance period December 1,
2022 to December 1, 2023.
To approve the attached contract with DIVCO, Inc., in the
amount of $115,000.00 to remove and replace the pneumatic
temperature system in the third wing to control and monitor
temperatures to keep the residents comfortable. Remove the
old boiler and replace it with a high efficiency propane
boiler serving the third wing of the Convalescent Center.
The boiler replacement will include replacing piping from
the isolation valves to the boiler for adequate hot water for
this facility. The Chairman or designee to sign all pertinent
documents.
To initiate a resolution to approve Modification Number 005
to I.H.S. Contract 102-18-1-0008 to extend the contract
period of Performance to December 31, 2023 The Chairman
of the Colville Business Council or authorized designee
shall sign all related documents.
To allow Team Okanogan to get a feasibility study done
which include obtaining an inspection to determine repair
needs and procuring bids for bringing structure up to code
and if feasible, then conduct a business plan, then present to
the Colville Business Council for a lease on property at 41
Appleway Rd., Okanogan, WA 98840.
To apply for DOE Grant: Powering Unelectrified Tribal
Buildings, Clean Energy Technology Deployment and
Commerce Grant: Solar Plus Storage or Resilient
Communities; for installation of solar on Malott Housing
Project, Omak Longhouse, and Nespelem Valley Electric

will support ongoing control efforts for invasive/noxious
weeds on rangelands, pastures, within natural areas and the

for the purpose of expressing the Confederated Tribes of the
Colville Reservation's interest in reducing land use conflicts
concerning solar energy development and minimize
potentially harmful impacts to culturally significant lands,
natural resources, and other tribal interests. Supporting these
resolutions to NCAI and ATNI would aid in encouraging
state, federal and other proponents of solar energy
development to consult early and directly with Tribes when
projects affect areas of tribal interest and affirm tribal need
and want for least conflict solar siting.
