year’s Twin Lakes Culture Camp be postponed to
focus on using the existing Culture Camp budget to
repair and renovate necessary improvements to the
physical plant of the Twin Lakes Youth Camp, which
will ensure the safety and healthy conditions of the
facility for the youth.
