Donovan Timentwa had his Language and Cultural

Assessment on June 4, 2026, and the nxa?amxčín

Certification Board has determined that he will receive a

Colville Tribal Language Certification. He has demonstrated

a strong command of the nxa?amxčín language, and is

hereby granted full certification. It is the recommendation of

the Culture Committee to approve the Colville Confederated

Tribes Language Certification for Donovan Timentwa in the

nxa?amxčín language. Chairman or Designee authorized to

Interlocal Data Share Agreement No. 2662-67597 with

Secretary of the Interior to approve to acquire 0.89 acres,

more or less of land located outside the exterior boundaries

of the Colville Indian Reservation into trust for the

Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, a federally
