To amend Resolution #2008-715 Colville Tribes Child

Support Schedule guidelines by extending the Combined

Monthly Net Income from $7,000.00 to $12,000.00. This

recommendation meets grant requirement 45 CFR §309.105

Review and Revise, if appropriate, at least once every four

years. The Chairman or Designee is authorized to sign all

pertinent documents.

To approve and accept Hancock Forest Management

Reciprocal Road Use Permit, Permit duration shall be for 2

use of Hancock Forest Management fee lands, and (2).

permittee agrees to comply with all Laws & Regulations of

the Colville Tribe during harvest operations on fee lands

owned by the permittee.

The Natural Resource Committee recommends that Hancock

be granted a revocable road use permit to haul logs from their

fee lands across portions of existing roads on the tribal tract

and for use of an existing dirt road within Tribal Tracts 101T5234, 101-T5221, 101-T5216, 101-T1255, 101-T1994, 101T5409, 101-T5683 and 101-T3664 described as:

To approve and authorize the Colville Confederated

Tribes/Bureau of Indian Affairs Real Estate Services to

collect outstanding debts through the United States Treasury

on behalf of the Colville Confederated Tribes. The Colville

Agency will coordinate with the Interior Business Center to

collect this debt. The Colville Agency cannot provide the

U.S. Treasury with full authority to compromise in collecting

debts. The Colville Business Council and/or Colville Agency

will not settle for anything less than the 100% owed to the

Colville Confederated Tribes and/or the Colville Agency.

Chairman or designee has authority to sign all pertinent

documents.

To approve the FY 2018 Model 108, 638 Cooperative Fire

Preparedness Program. The program provides Hazardous

fuels reduction projects (HFR), Wildland Urban Interface

projects (WUI), Prescribed Fire activities, Forest Health

Protection projects, TRM Workforce Development, and any

additional non-recurring one-time project funding as applied.

The original budget based on existing allocations total

$786,448. The Chairman or designee is authorized to sign all

pertinent documents.

To approve Womer & Associates, Inc. to perform on call

engineering services for the Keller and Inchelium Project. At

this time the Construction Phase services will not exceed

$500,000 and authorize the Chairman or his/her designee to

sign all pertinent documents.

To approve the selection of 3 candidates listed below for the

Colville Tribal Utility Corporation Board. Based on the

interviews conducted, all three candidates have the right

experience, education, and skills that allow them to support

good utility decision making.

Name, Term: Chad Marchand – Two Years, Jason Campbell

– Two Years, Brian Clark – Two Years. Chairperson or

designee has the authority to sign all pertinent documents.

To approve the recommendation from the Public Safety

Director and support the appointment of the Chief of Police

position to Dustin Best. Tribal Council in accordance with

section 1-3-1 have transferred the supervisory responsibility

of this position to the Public Safety Director. This

appointment is based upon the position qualifications,

education and work experience. The position will be

processed as a direct hire and will not be under contract.

To approve the appointment of the Prosecutor's Office lead

position to Sabrina Desautel. This position has been

advertised and the selection made of the applicants. The

position will be adjusted based on Spokesman

qualifications/wage adjustments. This will qualify as a direct

hire and will not be under contract.
