Act of 1934 on forms promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange

Commission for its registrants.

Respondents: Savings and Loan Associations and Savings Banks.

Estimated Number of Respondents: 90.

Estimated Burden Hours Per Respondent: 500 hours average.

Frequency of Response: Annually.

Estimated Total Reporting Burden: 272,613 hours.
