New Source Review (NSR); Proposed Rule
AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
ACTION: Proposed rulemaking; reopening of comment period.

SUMMARY: The EPA is hereby reopening for 30 days the public comment
period regarding EPA's proposed rulemaking, known as the NSR Reform
Rulemaking, published Tuesday, July 23, 1996 (61 FR 38249). This action
is to allow interested parties to review the corrected and final
transcripts of the September 16, 1996 public hearing on the proposed
rule and the September 17, 1996 meeting of the NSR Reform Subcommittee
of the Clean Air Act Advisory Committee. These documents were placed in
the Docket on December 3, 1996.
DATES: Comments. All public comments in response to the July 23, 1996
proposed rulemaking must be received by EPA on or before the close of
business January 21, 1997.

Docket No. A-90-37, EPA Air Docket (6102), Room M-1500, 401 M Street,
SW, Washington, DC 20460. Copies of comments on the information
collection requirements should also be sent to the Director, Office of

INSPECTION OF DOCUMENTS: Documents related to the NSR Reform
Rulemaking, are available for public inspection in EPA Air Docket No.
A-90-37. The docket is available for public inspection and copying
between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the EPA's Air
Docket (6102), Room M-1500, 401 M Street, SW, Washington, DC 20460. A
reasonable fee may be charged for copying.
