AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

ACTION: Proposed rule; extension of the comment period.

SUMMARY: EPA is extending the comment period for a proposed rule

published June 7, 1995 (60 FR 30037). On June 7, 1995, EPA proposed

interim approval of the operating permits program submitted by the

State of Texas. EPA received a letter from the Texas Title V Planning

Committee as well as a verbal request from Texas Natural Resource

Conservation Commission requesting a 90 day extension of the public

comment period. Therefore, EPA is extending the comment period until

October 5, 1995.

DATES: Comments must be received in writing on or before October 5,

1995.
