AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

ACTION: Proposed rule; Extension of the comment period.

SUMMARY: EPA is extending the comment period for a proposed rule

published March 10, 1995 (60 FR 13088). On March 10, 1995, EPA proposed

source category-limited interim approval of the operating permits

program submitted by the State of Oklahoma. EPA received letters from

the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ), the Department

of the Air Force (Tinker AFB), and Mobil Exploration & Producing US

Incorporated requesting an extension of the public comment period.

Therefore, EPA is extending the comment period until May 10, 1995.

DATES: Comments must be received in writing on or before May 10, 1995.
