Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans;
Ohio
AGENCY: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA).
ACTION: Final rule; withdrawal.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
SUMMARY: USEPA is withdrawing a final action published on December 14,
1993 (58 FR 65286) to disapprove a requested revision to the Ohio State
Implementation Plan (SIP) for particulate matter and nitrogen oxides
for sources within specified source categories that require continuous
emission monitoring, recording, and reporting. The rulemaking is being
withdrawn because USEPA has received notice that comments will be
submitted regarding the action.
USEPA will begin a new rulemaking by proposing the action and
establishing a comment period.
EFFECTIVE DATE: February 24, 1994.
