and Necessity and Foreign Air Carrier Permits were filed under Subpart

Q of the Department of Transportation's Procedural Regulations (See 14

CFR 302.1701 et seq.). The due date for Answers, Conforming

Applications, or Motions to Modify Scope are set forth below for each

application. Following the Answer period DOT may process the

application by expedited procedures. Such procedures may consist of the

adoption of a show-cause order, a tentative order, or in appropriate

cases a final order without further proceedings.

Description: Application of Fortunair Canada Inc., pursuant to

Section 402 of the Act and Subpart Q of the Regulations, applies for a

foreign air carrier permit authorizing charter air transportation of

passengers, property and mail between any point or points in the United

States and any point or points not in Canada or the United States.

pursuant to 49 U.S.C. 41303, and Subpart Q of the Regulations request

transfer of Air-India's foreign air carrier permit to Air-India

Limited.

Scope: September 13, 1994.

Description: Amendment No. 1 to the Application of Soho Express Sky

Lines, Inc., pursuant to Section 401(d)(1) of the Act and Subpart Q of

the Regulations, amends its original application to reflect a Chicago-

New York-Stansted through plane service beginning April 14, 1995.

Description: Amendment No. 2 to the Application of Airvias S/A

Applicant to operate in its own right, following a transition phase

from the wet-lease arrangements with Arrow Air.
