Clean Air Act Disapproval of Operating Permits Program;

Commonwealth of Virginia--Extension of Comment Period

AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

ACTION: Proposed rule; Extension of the comment period.

SUMMARY: EPA is extending the comment period for a proposed rule

published June 17, 1994 (59 FR 31183). On June 17, 1994, EPA proposed

disapproval of the Operating Permits Program submitted by the

Commonwealth of Virginia. At the request of the law firm of Piper &

Marbury, EPA is extending the comment period until August 17, 1994.

DATES: Comments must be received on or before August 17, 1994.
